One of our team members will call you at the phone number you provide and discuss your pet's needs including any findings, recommendations, and price estimates from other vets. Based on that information and any records you can share with us we will provide you with a price quote and schedule your pet's appointment.If we are unable to provide a price quote over the phone we will work with you to schedule an exam at our clinic. After the exam, we will provide a price quote with the intention of completing the treatment on the same day.On appointment day, drop off your pet at our clinic and spend your day in the idyllic mountain community of Idyllwild, hike a section of the nearby Pacific Crest Trail, go fishing at Lake Hemet, enjoy wine tasting in the Temecula Wine Country, or Golf and Spa in Palm Springs while we provide loving care for your pet.
